Hans Denis Bamal- Deputy Chairperson in Charge of Administration
Originally from Cameroon, Hans Dennis-Bamal educated in Cameroon and France. Mr Bamal is an experienced entrepreneur with an MBA. He has served as the chairman of the Cameroon Forwarding Agents & Customs Brokers Association and the vice-chair of the Cameroon National Committee for The Facilitation of International Trade.
He presently operates in the ASC Shipping and Transport Management with over 25 years experience.

Prince Samuel Ezeanyika PhD-Deputy Chairperson in Charge of Legislative Affairs
Ezeanyika holds a PhD in International Relations; he brought at GLAFAD the length and breadth of his two decades of multidisciplinary experiences in teaching, training, research, documentation and community service. These include programs/projects impact assessment, and evaluation; human rights, conflict prevention and resolution, alternative dispute resolution (ADR); Election process management, mediation and negotiation; inter-party relations; Youth mobilization, training and development. Ezeanyika has also been exposed to high-level advocacy, policy coordination, and political liaison as an independent consultant. Former Research and Electoral Strategy Consultant to Former Governor of Abia State and Presidential Candidate in Nigeria; Former Electoral Returning Officer with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), and former Local Government Returning Officer with the Imo State Independent Electoral Commission (ISIEC) among other positions.He has a good grasp of the theories and applications of International relations with regards to international institutions, elections support and conflict prevention, resolution and management. In the course of his career in academic and consultancy, he has acquired knowledge and experience in gender-based training and capacity-building, gender-mainstreaming and integrating rights based approach in humanitarian interventions. He has equally been involved in research, project circle management, report writing, skill transfer and capacity building. He has also acquired strong leadership and managerial skills. He is a good communicator both in oral and written communication. As an international academic and consultant to supranational organizations, he has imbibed sound political and diplomatic sensitivity to situation and audience. He has also acquired capabilities in networking and interpersonal relations in competitive and dynamic environments. He has excellent bi-lingual competence in English and French, translation and simultaneous interpretation capabilities in English/French and French/English.

Louise Rebekka Penna Nambahu Shixwameni, Secretary General and Executive Director
Louise is from Namibia, she is currently reading a PhD with the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg- South Africa. She has many year of experience in Strategic Management and Public Policy.

Before joining GLAFAD, Louise worked as a Manager and Advisor for ORGUT International Swedish Organisation which is contracted by Millennium Challenge Account of Namibia to implement the Communal land support project in 7 regions (Zambezi, Kavango , Kunene, OShana, OShikoto, Ohangwena and Omusati).

She was responsible for leading human resources management and capacity building strategies as well as coordinating training events of the 7 Regional Communal Land Board (CLBs) , 20 Traditional Authorities( TAs), and in the Northern Namibia.

Koffi Kouakou
Koffi is originally from Cote d'Ivoire and works in development planning and conducts high level and extensive Scenario Planning. He is presently a senior lecturer at the Graduate School of Public and Development Management now Wits School of Governance at the University of the Witwatersrand. He holds two Masters Degrees from Ball State University (USA). His other areas of expertise include: Information Communication, Strategic Communication, Media Sociology and service delivery.

Michel Lokolo, Ph.D
Michel Lokolo is from Cameroon and he is the former Director of Petroleum Products & Gas, Ministry of Energy, Cameroon. He influences policies is his areas of expertise across the African continent and globally. He participated at a number of Seminars and Conferences locally and abroad and was very vocal during his presentation at the Tenth international Oil and Gaz, Trade and Finance Conference in Algiers. He educated in Cameroon, Russia, France, he is an Engineer in the field of Mining and also hold a PhD. He is also an international consultant and well acute with political issues across the continent and globally. He is bringing in a sum of expertise that will see GLAFAD becoming the premier organisation in Africa in the field of socio-economic development.

Michel Lokolo, Ph.D
Litha Musyimi-Ogana is the Director of Women, Gender and Development at the African Union Commission after serving for four years as the Advisor on Gender, Parliamentary Affairs and Civil Society Organizations at the New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD) Secretariat. Before joining NEPAD she was the Regional Director of the African Center for Empowerment, Gender and Advocacy (AC-EGA) and also served as a Senior Advisor Gender and Governance for the Women's Environment and Development Organization (WEDO) in New York on attachment. Between 1983-1993. She worked in key government ministries in Kenya including the Ministry of Finance and Office of the Vice President and Ministry of Home Affairs. Litha is currently pursuing a PhD in Development Aid at the Public and Management Development School now Wits School of Governance at the University of Witwatersrand, in Johannesburg, South Africa. She holds a Masters of Arts (Economics) Degree and an upper Second, Bachelor of Commerce Degree (B.Com), both from the University of Nairobi. She is also qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London (ACII).

Henri Claude Enoumba, Ph.D
Enoumba is Divisional Head of Research and Plannification at the Niger Bassin Authority. Prior to occupying the above position, he was the Head of the Civil Protection Coordination (created position) within the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralization (Cameroun).He was an Expert in charge of Research, cumulatively Head of Service of Natural Hazards and Geological notices at the Ministry of Mines, Water Resources and Energy (Cameroun). ENOUMBA is a Mining Engineer from Leningrad Mining Institute à Saint Petersburg. He also holds a PhD.

Roland Balgah Azibo, PhD
Azibo is a Post doctoral fellow, Bamenda University of Science and Technology in collaboration with the Military University – Munich and the University of Hohenheim, Germany. He is currently a Lecturer, University of Bamenda and the Pan African Institute for Development – West Africa, Buea . Azibo has published in a number of Journals and was very instrumental during GLAFAD International Conference organised at the Pan African Parliament in Johannesburg, South Africa, on the 13-15 November 2013.

Diran Summoni, PhD
Ogudiran Soumonni is originally from Benin. He educated in the US and holds a PhD from Geogia Tech University. He is linked as an academic at Wits Business School at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg and consults internationally. He lectures courses on Innovation studies. He has published a number of articles and presented papers in international conferences.

Rev. Christian Mbella
Christian Mbella is a Pastor, a Pan-Africanist and an African intellectual. His ability to integrate the merits of evangelism into social lives has made him an expert in the field of Social Sciences and specifically on issues related to sociology. Rev. Mbella is a true sociologist who believes that, a human being has the capacity of transforming his conditions by using a combination of factors that are imbedded in him by a supra-power. He is bringing wisdom within the board of GLAFAD. His spiritual contribution to the growth of GLAFAD is highly appreciated.
